SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Rewild Botanicals, we offer free shipping on all orders over £100 within the UK. (UK Mainland Only and excludes Wholesale). We use eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure that our products arrive safely and sustainably to our customers. Delivery charges are calculated on the weight and volume of your order.


We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days from the time of purchase (subject to stock availability). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on location and external factors outside of our control. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer next day delivery. We reserve the right to change the delivery timeframes on our website at anytime.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For all orders, we will advise you by e-mail when your goods are dispatched. The e-mail, where possible, will contain a tracking consignment number enabling you to track and trace your goods. We would appreciate it if you are available to receive your goods on the date specified in the e-mail. However, if you are unavailable, our courier company will first attempt delivery again. If you are still unavailable to receive your goods, you can arrange a time suitable to you.

Delivery is between 9am-7pm Monday to Friday (Subject to any delays with the courier). Orders are dispatched with DPD.

We really care about the impact we have on the environment, so would love to think that all our goods can be delivered first time to save on carbon emissions. Please try your best to be available to receive your goods, either by being at home, or if it is convenient, providing your work address for delivery.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ReWild Botanicals, we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, providing the items are in the original packaging. The items must be in resalable condition. i.e. the labels or bottles must not be damaged, the product must not have been used. Simply contact us and we'll provide you with instructions on how to return your items. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

If sealed items are returned to us and it is clear that they have been tampered with, products have been damaged or are broken, we cannot refund you for reasons of health and hygiene.  
 
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damaged product to help us improve our shipping methods and prevent future issues.
